Each year CHBE students participate in and make valuable contributions to national and international Engineering Conferences.

The following are examples of annual student conferences.

Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference and Exhibition

On behalf of its Constituent Societies, the Chemical Institute of Canada organizes Canada’s premier annual conferences for the chemical sciences and engineering: the Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference and Exhibition, the Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference, and the Industrial Chemistry Conference.

AIChE Student Conference

Annual American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) Student Conference: The Annual Student Conference is four days of career information, social events, and competitions. Student engineers celebrate the Chemical Engineering profession, along with young professional members, AIChE leaders, and industry professionals.

AIChE Pacific Northwest Student Regional Conference

Annual American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) Pacific Northwest Student Regional Conference highlights include Regional Chem-E-Car Competition, Regional ChemE Jeopardy Competition and Regional Student Paper and Poster Competitions.

CEEA Conferences

The Canadian Engineering Education Association (CEEA) holds several workshops and conferences each year for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students to network and understand more and contribute to the field of engineering education.
